Solution Delivery

The software. The teams that build it. Or the way they work.

15+ years in German automotive and industrial engineering, working with and for major OEMs and their suppliers. I now bring that discipline to mid-market product companies. Whether you need software delivered, an engineering team built and run inside your organisation, or your existing processes brought up to standard, you work with one accountable partner who knows what good looks like and runs everything on modern AI tooling with the old-school discipline. One point of contact. No corporate overhead.

What I do

I help mid-market product companies deliver software properly, with the rigor I learned inside the German automotive and industrial sectors, working with and for major OEMs and their suppliers. That comes in three forms, depending on where you are: I deliver software solutions end to end, I build and run engineering teams inside your organisation, and I fix the way development works when it has stopped working. All three run on the same foundation: clear requirements, real accountability, and modern AI tooling. You work with me. I bring the standard those environments run on to a company your size.

How we work together

Project delivery

You need software built and shipped without the stress of managing it. I scope it, assemble a vetted team, run delivery, and hand it over working. One contract, fixed milestones, one accountable partner. No hassle on your side, the architecture, the team, and the timeline are my problem.

Embedded teams, built and managed

You need to grow engineering capacity without building a hiring and management machine. I find the right senior people, integrate them into your organisation, and manage them for you long-term. You get a working extension of your team and a single point of contact, not five direct reports to coordinate.

Process uplift

Your team exists but development doesn't run well: late delivery, everything depending on one person, vague requirements, no transparency. I install what good actually looks like, requirements engineering, collaboration, delivery process, Jira and tooling, AI in the loop, and stay on to keep it running. No software delivery required. Just your organisation, brought up to standard.

What runs through all three

Whichever way we work, the same discipline comes with it. This is where the automotive background pays off.

Engineering rigor as standard

Requirements, traceability, and risk management as standing habits, not afterthoughts.

AI-powered delivery

Modern AI tooling in the development loop, so teams ship faster and at higher quality. This is current-generation execution, not theory.

Transparent operations

Product-management and tooling discipline, including Jira rollouts, so work stays predictable instead of running on email and gut feel.

Old-school engineering discipline, current-generation execution. The operating model German automotive programs run on, scaled to fit a mid-market product company.

Why clients work with me

One point of accountability

You brief me on the business outcome. I handle delivery, the team, and the process. Not your problem to coordinate.

Business and engineering, in one conversation

Years inside German automotive and industrial programs taught me to translate between executives and engineers. You don't need one consultant for strategy and another for the build. The same person does both.

I know what good looks like

Most companies have never seen a development organisation that actually works. I have, at the highest end of engineering, and I know how to install it: the processes, the collaboration, the requirements discipline, the tooling. That's the rarest thing I bring.

Alex Crveni

Founder, Mathera.tech

Systems engineer with 15+ years on software and system development programs across the German automotive and industrial sectors, working with and for major OEMs and their suppliers. Most of that experience was built inside large industrial organisations and complex supplier networks, where requirements, traceability, and accountability are non-negotiable, and where the ability to translate between business and engineering is what gets programs delivered. Mathera.tech is the independent practice through which I now bring that experience directly to mid-market product companies, as delivery, as managed teams, and as the operating model that makes engineering work. Based in Calvia, Spain. Working across the EU, primarily with German clients.
